Let’s be real: CAPITALISM & PATRIARCHY ARE A TRAVESTY.
We’re expected to burn ourselves to the ground, to chase THEIR version of success, and to not question their gaslighting that a broken system’s ‘failures’ are our personal shortcomings. In return, we’ve inherited an imperiled planet and an oligarchical world run by deranged billionaire men. YET HERE WE ARE.
I’m not here to tell you to drop out of society, squat buildings, and eat dumpstered food (been there) in an effort to opt out. I’m here to tell you that you can create a wildly delicious life that’s aligned with your values and that’s in service to the world you want to create—despite the patriarchy, capitalism, and other seemingly insurmountable barriers.
→ Not through hustle or other capitalist bullshit like bootstrapping.
→ Not through ‘love and lighting’ away systemic oppression, aka spiritual bypassing.
→ But by living in integrity with your soul, opting out of oppressive systems (when possible), and rooting yourself in fierce love…and—at times—prioritizing joy.
This is how we loosen the vice grip of capitalism, patriarchy, and other oppressive systems.
As a Wayfinder Master Coach, circle facilitator, trauma-informed guide, activist, and survivor of a near-fatal suicide attempt (c. 1996), I intimately know this terrain. And I can help you navigate it from a place of empowerment and joy rather than resignation and despair.

Friend, we’re going deep. Deeper Integrity Coaching (aka wayfinding) bypasses transactional, productivity-obsessed, and capitalist-aligned goal-setting and goes straight to the work of moving into integrity with who you truly are. We’re going to find out what it is that makes you come deliciously alive…and then we’re going to go there. You’ll learn how to use your body as the glorious GPS system that it is, make decisions without chronic overthinking, and reap the byproducts that come from living in alignment with your soul.
Along the way, we’ll dismantle the people-pleasing tendencies that keep you caged.

That’s because your soul is not a conduit for exploitation. It might want to stand at the front line fighting injustice or support those who do. hi! My name’s Kristi.
I'm a Deeper Integrity Coach & Circle Facilitator
I’m also an intersectional feminist and anti-capitalist who once—during a moment of weakness—paid a coach five figures in exchange for her group program that promised to make me so ‘magnetic’ that clients would flock to me and sign up for expensive coaching engagements. Unfortunately, I took the bait, then (unsurprisingly) discovered that her approach borrowed heavily from capitalism’s playbook. The whole experience was so sickening and out of integrity for me that I quit her container early. A painful lesson learned.
I do things differently. The humans I work with already reside at a higher level of consciousness and want their work with me to honor that. They aren’t here to 'win' at capitalism but to flourish—in spite of it and without compromising their values. To live in alignment with who they truly are. To stand in their power and reject the gaslit ‘American Dream.’ To take up radical space where it isn’t always welcomed. To liberate righteous anger while staying rooted in fierce love. To create. To remember. To be the change.
This is what Wayfinding looks like.

01 | Transitions
Transitions are thresholds: you’re no longer HERE but you’re not yet THERE. Think midlife ‘crises’, identity shifts, job losses, divorces, existential reckonings, spiritual awakenings. These moments are disorienting and liminal, yet wildly potent.
Clients who come to me in transition don’t need to be fixed.
Rather, they’re seeking safety, clarity, and forward movement that’s in integrity with who they’re becoming—not who they once were. Wayfinding through transitions has us envisioning the portal we’re stepping into, and—when ready—taking aligned action.
02 | Boundaries
Most women have been indoctrinated to prioritize being palatable over taking up space and being true to ourselves. We overthink, over-give, and over-compromise in order to keep the peace and avoid conflict—often at great personal cost.
This work involves ending such self-betrayal.
It involves setting clear boundaries. Putting an end to people-pleasing. Remaining in deep, uncompromising integrity with your values—even when it’s uncomfortable, and even when it changes relationship dynamics—but always on your terms.
03 | Opting Out
You recognize the rotten nature of capitalism, patriarchy, and other oppressive fuckery, but you still have to navigate them. Going fully rogue isn’t realistic for you, and pretending that there’s no alternative is a disempowering lie.
This work explores what conscious opting out looks like for you.
We’ll explore how you can reduce your participation in oppressive systems and build a deeply values-aligned life—without dogma and without sacrificing the things that bring you true pleasure and joy.
